How it works

Between the Buy button and a working account there are four steps and a couple of minutes. No human takes part in the chain, so the hour and the day of the week make no difference.

Four steps

  1. Pick an option. Every tier on the storefront carries its specs: hours played, whether Prime or a rating is there, how long the profile sat idle, how many are left and what warranty applies. All of it is visible before payment.
  2. Pay on the marketplace. The button leads to Digiseller. Payment, receipt, dispute and refund live on its side rather than on a seller’s word.
  3. Receive the key. Automatically, the moment payment clears. The key arrives in the same place you paid.
  4. Exchange the key for access. The order email carries a short set of instructions that turn the key into login details and a launch file.

How long it takes

Payment clears in about a minute and the key is issued immediately. Exchanging the key for access takes another couple of minutes. The whole thing fits in five minutes, four in the morning included.

Before the first sign-in

  • Close any running game client and sign out of your own account.
  • Do not change the email or password on a purchased account — that voids the warranty and the replacement.
  • Do not attach your payment methods or phone number to it.
  • If you plan to play with private software, first check that the account launches at all.

If something goes wrong

The warranty starts at activation: one hour on most items, three on Dota 2 and twenty-four on Tarkov. Within that window a replacement is made without argument — the order number is enough. What exactly is covered is set out on the warranty page.

What we do not do

  • We do not recover access to accounts bought elsewhere.
  • We do not change the region or bind an account to your personal data.
  • We do not sell access to other people’s profiles and do not work with stolen ones.
