NFA warranty card

Warranty and replacement

The warranty here is short and honest: it covers the first hours, the window in which it becomes clear whether the account works. Stretching it to a week would read well and hold up badly.

Windows

ItemWarranty
CS2, Rust, ARC Raiders, DayZ, Battlefield 6, Stalcraft, WARDOGS1 hour
Dota 2, every rank3 hours
Escape from Tarkov, every edition24 hours

5 items currently in stock carry the extended warranty. The window for each specific line is printed on the product card itself, next to the SKU.

What is covered

  • Access did not work on the first attempt.
  • The previous owner reclaimed the account.
  • The specs did not match the listing: fewer hours, no Prime, a different rating.

What is not covered

  • A ban for private software. An account used that way is a consumable, and that is the cost of it.
  • Changing the email, password or linked services on a purchased account.
  • Claims raised after the window closes.
  • Cases where the account was passed on to a third party.

How to get a replacement

  1. Find the order number on the marketplace you paid through.
  2. Message support within the warranty window and include that number.
  3. Receive a replacement of the same tier. If the tier is out, we match the specs or refund through the marketplace.

Why the window is short

Everything that can be wrong with an account shows up in the first minutes: it either starts or it does not. After that, factors the seller cannot influence take over — how exactly you play and what you run alongside the game. Promising a warranty on those would be promising something that cannot be kept.

Common questions

When does the clock start?

At the moment the key is exchanged for access. Not at payment and not at key delivery — a bought but unactivated key waits for you as long as you like.

What counts as a warranty case?

Access does not work from the start, the previous owner takes the account back, or the specs do not match what the listing said. All three are replaced.

What if the account gets banned for third-party software?

That is not a warranty case, and saying so plainly matters more than a comfortable silence. An account used with private software is a consumable; how long it lives depends on what you run and how you play.

What do you need to get a replacement?

The order number from the marketplace. Then a message to support within the warranty window.
