NFA terms of settlement

Payment and delivery

The money does not pass through us — it passes through a trading platform. That matters more than it sounds: the dispute, the refund and the receipt end up with the party that has a mechanism to settle them.

Who processes the payment

The Buy button on every card leads to Digiseller, a digital-goods marketplace running since 2002. It takes the money, releases the key and keeps the order history. We are paid only after the item has been delivered to the buyer.

Accepted methods

  • Bank cards, including cards issued in Russia.
  • Instant bank transfers and e-wallets.
  • Mobile payment.

The full list of methods and their fees is shown on the platform at the moment of payment — it changes, and duplicating it here would mean lying about it eventually.

When the item arrives

As soon as payment clears. Delivery is automatic: the key is released by the platform with no human on our side involved. Nights, weekends and holidays make no difference to the speed.

Refunds

A refund is filed on the platform under its own rules. If the case is covered by the warranty we usually close it faster — with a replacement of the same tier. The terms are set out on the warranty page.

Prices

The price on the storefront is final and matches the price on the platform. It is derived from the supplier cost at the rate fixed in the shop settings; when the rate moves sharply, prices move as a whole wave rather than one line at a time.

What to keep after the purchase

Two things: the order number and the email the key came to. Both are needed for a warranty replacement and for any dispute on the platform — the order history is what proves the purchase happened, not a chat log. Keep them until the warranty window closes; after that they are only useful as a record of what you already own.

What we never ask for

Payment goes through the platform, so we never ask for card numbers, banking logins or confirmation codes, and there is no scenario in which we would. If a message claiming to be from us asks for any of that, it is not from us — check the order on the platform and ignore the message.
